Welcome to the Wynford Arms, Reading’s longest serving gay bar.  We’ve been serving the lgbt community, and it's friends, for the last 21 years!

 

There is always something happening at the Wynford. Every Tuesday you can sing your heart out with Colin's Karaoke.  Enjoy a free game of pool every Wednesday. Dance round your handbag every Thursday as we wind back the clock and play the best tracks from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s. It’s party time every Friday and Saturday night with resident DJs keeping the dance floor jumping until the small hours.

 

We also have regular cabaret with the likes of Son ofa Tutu, Kandi Kane, Drag with No Name and Lola Lasagne regularly gracing our stage.  We also have a secluded roof garden which is lovely when the sun comes out.

 

Situated on the Kings Road in Reading, we are only a 5 minute walk from the train station.  We also appear on Reading's most regular bus route (number 17) which runs every 7 minutes.
